Hey All - Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is doing well today. I had a crazy scare last night - I woke up at 2 am to go to the little girl's room and realized I was not well - cold sweats, dizzy, etc. Well then, I checked my blood sugars - a measly 59!!! :dead::unsure: Somehow during the evening I had managed to give myself too much insulin...should have been normal, but now that I'm walking 3 miles a day I think my body/metabolism is freaking out. Like what the hell are you doing to me???? I had to practically stumble downstairs to get some juice, milk and a half a peanut butter sandwich. At 3am I finally felt better and went back upstairs. At 6 am I was still only at 82 - normal, but my body is doing something crazy. I felt like a truck had hit me this morning so I told my hubby to do his own thing and that I would go into work around 10. I'm not a 100% - but a good 75%. :lol: Sheesh - I wish I was normal. Whatever that is. :protest:

Jackie - I give you the woot woot on your good news!!!! :dance::dance::dance:

Bridget - the Best Life diet is very good. Very normal actually. Even though I don't really do it, I try to buy Best Life approved items.

Deb, so sorry about your bugs/flooring issue. Yuckie!

Jess - gallbladder surgery nowadays is super easy - they just take it out laparascopically. You're gonna love it!

Aside from that, I hope everyone has a great day. Tis only one more day til Friday. Yee haw!

Did you pay to belong to the website or did you buy a book? I'm still on the fence and am leaning more towards WW still but would like to try something totally new.

Jess- Staashi is right! My brother recently had his gallbladder removed that way and was fine pretty quickly afterward. Good luck to you!

Bridget, is that the diet Oprah promotes? I don't watch her show much but they show it a lot in Morocco and I remember seeing an episode with her promoting something with a name like that.

Oh and I fixed my remote! The company mailed me a new remote and new batteries, which are different batteries which I have handy. I randomly thought of trying the batteries they included in the box instead of my brand new Duracell...and hey it worked! I never knew it could be incompatible with such a famous brand. Yay for DV-R!

I didn't pay - but I checked out the books and read Oprah's website. Actually, Bridget, one of my very favorite diet plans and it is just super healthy and easy to do it "You on a Diet" - by Drs. Oz & Roizen. I enjoy that very much and incorporated a lot of that information into my daily life.

Good morning and I think it's a Thursday!! Plzzzzz tell me it's Thursday!! :yes:

:rofl::rofl:

Flooring Specialist to the rescue..........

Ok, you have carpet, pad, parquet then the original decking. I have seen wet parquet come a foot off the floor. Sounds like you have a leak somewhere. The wood under the carpet/pad is warping and in a major way. Find your leak. The floor,,all of them,,must come out and don't wait too long. Wood, water and dirt create mold/mildew. Get it out and sanitize with a bleach water mixture. On standby for further floor discussions :)

kelz, the embassy emailed me a few days ago! He will interview Dec 1 :)

whats stumbling annie?

It's a website called Stumble Upon and you "stumble" on websites by pressing the stumble button based on your interests. It's a little addicting...if you like finding new websites, videos, pics, etc. Then you can rate the pages or comment on them.
