Finally shipment released by embassy at noon today!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone out there who has first time POE experience for a CR visa? Does my spouse with a conditional residence go through the same immigration lane as permanent residents and citizens and will they detain and interview her when she has a CR visa?

First of all CONGRATS!

At my POE at SFO-> my husband went to the USC lane and I went to the visitor's lane, then he went to accompany me and give them the I-94. The immigration officer is Pinay so she didn't give me a hard time, she just ask me to sign a form and some forms to read at home, she took my visa packet and told me to just keep my CXR plates and just wait for my SSN and GC within a month and call if it's more than that time. And they welcome me to the U.S.

06 March 2010 - received I-797C, Notice of Action/Receipt

01 April 2010 - Biometrics Appointment (Biometrics done 4/7/10)

27 April 2010 - received I-797C/ Request to Appear for Naturalization Interview

02 June 2010 - Interview schedule

17 June 2010 - Oath Taking (Memorial Auditorium, Sacramento, CA)
