Co-sponsor question

Hi My husband called NVC and they said they received our application. Thank God! They sent my husband a letter telling us that within a week our petition will be forwarded to US Embassy here in Manila. That would mean I will need the affidavit of support for my scheduled interview. My husband does not meet the 125% above the poverty line. We already have a co-sponsor. I read that both my husband and co-sponsor will fill out form I-134. My question is, what will be the attachments needed by our co-sponsor? Will co-sponsor need to attach birth certificate or Certificate of citizenship aside from the Tax returns, letter of employment, payslips and bank accounts?

Yes, the co-sponsor should include proof of citizenship in the form of a birth certificate, copy of passport or Naturalization Certificate.
