Two questions:

1.) Is there a length of time you must date your fiance before you can apply for a K1 visa?

2.) My hopefully future fiance and me talk on the phone often, and to make this possible, I use various voice-over-IP services to keep the cost down (calls from the U.S. to Thailand). These services are not like normal phone services - they don't mail me a itemized bill and I don't have an incoming phone number. But, I can print a list of the calls I made and the length of each call on their website. Is this sufficient evidence to show a real continuing relationship? I have different evidence (passport stamps, e-ticket itineraries, etc) to prove that we have met various times, so I'm not talking about that.

K1: 01/15/2009 (mailed I-129F) - 06/23/2009 (visa received)

AOS: 08/08/2009 (mailed I-485, I-765, & I-131) - 10/29/2009 (received GC)

It is a requirement that you and your fiance have met within the past two years. There are alot of information located in the Guides section regarding the K1 application process.

ROC Journey:-

05.11.2012 -- mail I-751 packet

05.14.2012 -- Packet arrived @ VSC

xx.xx.2012 -- Check Cashed

05.15.2012 -- NOA1 dated 05.15.2012

05.31.2012 -- Biometric notice date

06.27.2012 -- Biometrics Taken

01.23.2013 -- Card Production Ordered.

01.28.2013 -- 10 Year Green Card Received

Met within the last two years - I'm aware of that and I can prove that. Just want to make sure that there isn't another restriction I missed, like "you must have been in a relationship w/ your fiance for at least 2 years. I don't recall seeing anything in the guides that specifically addresses my question in #2 though.

If you have evidence of keeping in contact (like the service you mentioned) then thats fine...try and include as much as possible...even chat logs, emails between the two will suffice. Besides, you mentioned that you had other evidences such from your travel so I wouldnt worry too much.

Do I need to account for all chats, phone calls, emails, etc, or will enough call logs and emails to show that we kept in regular contact be enough?

Don't need every one, just a few here and there to show they extend over a period of time. Remember, they are secondary evidence, visits are the biggest one.

And no, there is no requirement for having dated a certain length of time before filing, as long as meeting once has happened, which appears to be the case for you. You're good :)
