visa for my love has my mom as the petitioner? how can they make this mistake... she now has a visa but in the passport it has my mothers name as the petitioner? can i still get her here and get married? help what do i do?

Take the visa back to consulate and get it corrected.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Have you contacted the embassy and informed them of this idiotic mistake they have made? If not, then obviously you need to inform them so they can correct it...

Why would you prefer for your fiance to enter the country and risk having problems when you could just get the embassy to fix their stupid ( :bonk:) mistake that they made?

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.
