I got letter for IV fee but I paid already,and when I called ncv messages message sad tha they generate and send package with documents what is supposed to mean that ,I was expecting that they sad IV will process i system because I paid online and that shhow me and I prined car code shet,than they told me in letter for child from my husband but we didn;t appliey yet because we will be send after,did someody knows how long take por papers for my step son

You will still get a bill in the mail even if you have paid online. The message on the AVR means they have mailed packet 4 with the medical exam and interview information.
