Does anyone have any stats on how long its taking CSC to process AOS from when it arrives there?

I know that its reliant on name checks etc so its obviously varies by individual. But there is no official dates on the website for the date CSC is currently working (re. family based AOS), and I have only spotted a few other VJer's in this situation who have recently been approved.

Any input useful (if for nothing else than my mental well being!)

Thanks

Once CSC has AOS there is no easy way of predicting how long they will take, in our case it was about 3 months for them to approve without interview.

Stats show in the neighborhood of 2 months.

Name checks can cause processing time to vary.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

It can take anywhere from 1-6 months.

That's good to know. I was wondering what the timeline might be be. Its been almost 70 days since I've been transferred, so I guess I can kick back and relax for another 4 months...lol

CSC transfer in early December '08... waiting was touched last week

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

I'm still waiting too. I don't know what to do - my case has been at CSC 6 months now. I keep calling but i'm told to just keep waiting.

Is there anything I can do?

I'm been a year since my medical exam in London fro my K1 and my EAD and AP run out in Aug.

Any advice would be appreciated
