No offense to my lovely Big Agnes, but I am liking the changing of the guard in the AL East. Being a Blue Jays fan, I am liking that it's another team other than Boston or New York doing some damage. And methinks the Rays have the Red Sox' number.

No offense to my lovely Big Agnes, but I am liking the changing of the guard in the AL East. Being a Blue Jays fan, I am liking that it's another team other than Boston or New York doing some damage. And methinks the Rays have the Red Sox' number.

It is nice to see a former joke team be so formidable, it's true.

I am worried about the Sox, although it's a familiar feeling! (I have to switch to the pre-2004 mindset.)

If I weren't a Mass. native, I suspect I'd be tired of all the Sox-this and Yankees-that.

I distinctly remember being sick of the Jays in the early 90s, and a bit later when they got their hands on Roger Clemens. ;)

My thoughts on the post season: could not possibly care less.

I have noticed however that it seems that baseball players, more so than basketball or football players, are far more likely to be in desperate need of a haircut and a shave.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

hehehe those were the good ole days, that is for sure. Watching the Jays win back-to-back was awesome, but it's been slim pickings since then! So even though it's not my Jays doing it this season, I'm rooting for the Rays 'cause I am a sucker for the underdog. ;)

My thoughts on the post season: could not possibly care less.

I have noticed however that it seems that baseball players, more so than basketball or football players, are far more likely to be in desperate need of a haircut and a shave.

MLB style has indeed held onto the goatee about 10 years longer than anyone else--with the possible exceptions of pudgy sales guys, golfers, and aggressive SUV drivers (not mutually exclusive, of course).

Aw, thanks. Yeah, that sucked. The Sox pitching has been horrendous. I didn't have a good feeling about Wakefield going into the game, but I'm not sure what happened w/ Lester.

We're supposed to be done with the cloudy weather by the end of the week. That will be nice. Then it can get nice and cold.
