You just have to include what the instructions tell you to include.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

There is a document checklist you should review. We actually sent in more this time than ever before. Some of the things we sent were:

2 Passport Photographs

Front and back copy of the 10 year green card

Birth Certificates

Marriage Certificate

Divorce Decree Paperwork

Homeowner Insurance

Beneficiary Documents

Current Pay Stub

Health Insurance Documents

IRS Tax Transcripts

Passport Copies

Social Security Copy Front and Back

this is some of what we sent .
