Okay, so I got all my NOA's just now in the mail and registered them online at USCIS. I couldn't rip them open fast enough!

N-400 Journey

June 9th 2012 - Application sent

June 14th 2012 - NOA sent

June 28th - Biometrics letter sent -- July 26th Appointment date

July 12th 2012 - Early Biometrics/Walk-in

August ( ) - Interview letter received -- September 14th Interview date

September 14th 2012 - Interview! Oath date in hand, September 20th @ noon!

That's funny! Hey does anyone know what that "ASC code" means? It's on the I-485 and I-765 receipts?

HI Everyone! Count me in as October fllers.

They received the package on the 8th and I just received appointment notice for biometrics on 29th.

Did anyone here heard about walk-ins? I read some people did walk in for biometrics in another forum.

I wonder if it fasten the whole process. I'm thinking of giving a try anyways.

Oh, I registered my receipt number online fine, but i don't think those are up to date.

I already have biometrics appointment on my hands, but the website only says they received my package.

Kimcorene, I'm bored at home too. I don't even have a real dog.

We only have imaginary dog cuz we live in apartment..

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

10/21/2008 AOS sent to Chicago lockbox

10/31/2008 NOAs for AOS received

11/06/2008 I-130 is transferred to CSC

11/20/2008 biometrics done

12/02/2008 I-130 APPROVED!!!

If you don't mind me asking... why didn't you send the AOS papers together with your I-130 application?

Simply because I was stuipid enough... Someone told me it would be better to send I-130 first and then I-485 and from not knowing any better I listened. Also, we were tight on mony and it looked like a good idea to sent forms one at the time....

DEAR VJ`ers! NEVER EVER SENT ANY FOMS THAT LEAD TO EACH OTHER TO USCIS SEPARATELY!!! YOU MIGHT STUCK REALLY BAD.

Nope- I decided not to try again til after my biometrics appointment- whenever that will be. :unsure: BTW, welcome to all the new filers!

OK, I lied, I just tried to check my case online- the I-765 Receipt number came up and I added that to my online account, but still getting the same response for the I-485. :wacko:
