Now that is odd.... normally you get the "Card Production ordered" email and THEN the "approval Notice sent", which should mean they finally mailed the card out. But you got the opposite? Let us know when you get the card, I'm curious

Any thing today folks? Nothing here. The congressman's office said we had to wait the 90 days after the RFE and then call again. 90 days today since our application was originally accepted.

And it's not just me ... the other poor RFE'ers are left out in the cold too. I asked the September filers and they have nearly all got their EADs after RFEs so why are the October people dealt with so late. It p1sses me off seeing November filers get theirs and we are languishing.

Here is one poor guys timeline and still no EAD.

08/30/08 - I485 & concurrent I765 filed in Chicago

09/12/08 - NOA sent for both from MSC

09/29/08 - RFE for the I485 (stupid mistake, sent back within 2 days)

If that happens us I think we'll have to move back to Ireland.

Finally got the EAD approved on Tuesday the 6th It took longer than I anticipated, but still happy.

Anyone have general idea on how soon I get the card once the approval email is received?

i saw your timeline, your interview date is 3/3/2009. Which state are you in now? How come your date is later than the other filers?

For my medical report, i am expecting a REF, because i am pregant now, i didn't have the vaccination. But it has to be done after i delivered the baby & before interview too. I hope my interview date is in May, my baby's due date is April 10.

I received a very nice email from my friend CRIS today and I am totally excited. I have a whole bunch of stuff, I have to do, I got to get a SSN, look for a job, prepare for my interview and all that fun stuff first. I am excited that, I can finally get out there. I hope everyone in here will receive good news really soon and be patient, you will hear something. Happy New Years to everyone in here and hope you have a good and safe one.

I have no updates on my I 485 yet, you already got your interview letter. Good for you!

I am assuming Chicago is a very busy office, that's why my interview is later than everybody else's. But you know what? It gives me a little more time to prepare everything, and I am glad i received it, even if it's still 2 months away, at least I know my case is moving. It's reassuring

11/02/08 (Day 12)- Received Biometrics appointment scheduled 11/15/08

11/07/08 (Day 17)- Biometrics Done Early walking in Norridge,Illinois

11/17/08 (Day 27)- Request for Evidence letter for I485 (they were asking for I94 Arrival record) It took 5 days to arrive online letter was sent 11/12/08

11/18/08 (Day 28)- Request Evidence is I94 sent along with I20,( I was a student), NON immigrant visa page on the passport, also, approval letter of F1 status, because i changed my status after i came to USA.

Hey Eileen how are you? Congrads to you on getting approved for your AP and EAD, I bet you were excited when you received the good news. You will get both things probably in a week, but you wil get your AP first I believe. I am waiting on my EAD. You will get your interview notice soon, I am telling you. Thanks for the congrads and my wife and I are preparing for the interview, so I am pretty nervous to be honest. I read that you are pregnant in the thread, congrads to your husband and you for having a baby on the way. Hope all is well and nice to hear from you. Take care.

Hello everyone!!! I just wanted to say that life is weird, but it always gets us back for what we do. So one way or the other all of ya who went K1 or K3 route will get rehimburst for your patience. Who knows, maybe you are not getting interview letters because you are going to be approved really soon without it.

PS. my updates for spreadsheet: EAD received Jan 2nd, interview letter received today, interview scheduled for Feb 12, 2 days before my first anniversary .
