I got the Interviw letter yesterday!! The interview date is Jan 13th.

09/27/08 - I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 mailed via Fedex.

10/02/08 - Package delivered

10/06/08 - NOA 1 for I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 (received Oct 11)

10/08/08 - Check cashed

10/21/08 - I-130, I-765, I-131 added to online account.

11/24/08 - InfoPass Appointment (got NO information...)

12/05/08 - I-765 (EAD), I-131 (AP) approved!! (strange...not received bio letter yet!)

12/08/08 - I-765 (EAD), I-131 (AP) touched

12/12/08 - AP received!! (Day 71)

12/27/08 - Biometrics letter received

I received my EAD card on the 26th! It's funny ... the picture on my AP is from a picture I submitted and the one on my EAD card is from biometrics.

Dear VJers!!! I have news! Unfortunately I'm not able to track the progress of my case online but I still got a great Christamas gift. I called USCIS today and was told my EAD was approved on 12/22!!!!!!!! Soooooooooo happy!!!! Contributing to our debt is over ;) Too bad my hubby left his cell phone at home today....

You know how you can go online to check your case status. Can everyone else see everything what they filed? I can track my AOS, EAD but not my AP. I hope I get a notice soon about weather I am Approved. I guess I just need to be not so egar.

You have to log in with your user and password so no, nobody else can see your cases online but you :)

Yes I know that no one else can see mine except me but when I go online they only have posted my AOS and EAD. When I put my receipt number for AP it says it isn't in the system. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. As I did get a receipt number Oct27/08.

That seems to be pretty standard Penn-kd. I've read of lots of people that's happened to.

Still no EAD today. It's frustrating. And now this ...

Yesterday, yes Sunday, I was made a job offer by one of the biggest firms in the USA for a job in my field which I applied for back when I had my 90 day working visa and now I gotta go talk to them and say that my EAD hasn't arrived and can they hold off indefinitely until it does - so frustrating.

Well done tanyaru - were you signed up for emails and did your online status not change at all? If not, I may call them.

Yeah, it is quite common, don't worry. many people don't have all their applications visible on line.
