Merry Christmas!!!! Good morning everone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, what did Santa get you????

I received a gift from Santa Yesterday. It was a Sony GPS.......it's really cool! Merry Christmas Everybody!

You know how you can go online to check your case status. Can everyone else see everything what they filed? I can track my AOS, EAD but not my AP. I hope I get a notice soon about weather I am Approved. I guess I just need to be not so egar.

Hey guys,I hope everyone had a great Christmas!!!

I recieved my AP on the 16th and my EAD on the 23rd:))))I guess next step is to wait for the interview date...

Also just to help to update the spreadsheet I'm adjusting from F1 visa.Good luck everyone!!!!

You have to log in with your user and password so no, nobody else can see your cases online but you :)

05/12/04 => Arrived in the US under L1 status / work visa

03/05/05 => Met the love of my life

07/02/07 => Married my wonderful USC husband

EAD arrived in the mail today!!!!!

A nice christmas present to open a day late!

hope everyone had a great holiday

04/10/06: Arrive in USA on F1 visa.

08/15/08: Marry the most amazing woman in the world.

10/08/08: Sent AOS package to USCIS.

10/13/08: Package Delivered (I-131,I-765,I-130,I-485.)

10/20/08: Checks Cashed.

10/24/08: NOA's in mail for all, all receipt numbers show online.

10/28/08: Biometrics Appointment letter received for 11/13/08

11/13/08: Biometrics completed successfully, case touched online also i presume because of Biometrics

11/24/08: NOA for Interview

12/13/08: AP Approval letter sent out

12/18/08: EAD Card production ordered

12/20/08: AP arrives in mailbox

12/23/08: EAD Approval notice sent

01/20/09: Interview date in Mount Laurel, NJ (Cancelled but will still be attending this one also, realized why it was cancelled.....Inaugeration)

02/11/09: New interview date (Rescheduled due to cancellation letter)

02/11/09: Approved, Passport Stamped

That's hilarious! Celebrations are definitely in order! For me, it feels like relief - I can finally get some things in order now and be driving soon. First stop is the SSA though, to change the name on my social security card...

No approvals for us -- just, what I feel is a very late, RFE and not for what I was expecting. Should be able to get the info in the mail by Monday -- so hopefully they will process it quickly. My wife wants to work!!!!! and be able to travel home.
