Congratulations Alxmrt, Shieun and Necko! EAD's and AP's are rolling in for October filers - whoever said they must be clearing off desks before Christmas must have been right. Gradually we'll all get there - hang in there all who are waiting - soon, SOON!

Shieun, have a great trip!

I guess us later October filers will hear some good news in the New Year..seems about the 60 day mark is when people are hearing things are moving forward.

Yep that is what I think too Fuzzymiss, I am also a late October filer, so hopefully we late October filers will hear something in the new yr. The one thing with the immigration process is you sure do learn quite abit about patience. Hoping us late filers will hear good news in the new yr. Congrads to everyone who got approvals and keep them coming. Shieun have a good trip and I bet it will be nice to back in your home country to see friends and family.

06/04/2011.....................I got my biometrics letter in the mail, my appointment is for 06/13/2011@11:00am (Day 14)

06/13/2011.....................Biometrics appointment today @Cleveland, Ohio @11:00am (Day 23)

09/20/2011.....................Approved for 10yr green card, wooohooooo next step citizenship

09/24/2011.....................Received 10yr green card in the mail.

Still no news for us today ... we did get 3 inches of snow over night with 6-12 inches over the next 24 hours forecast.

i wouldn't be able to go to work even if I had a job.

That's funny - at least I got a chuckle for the evening! We had a ton of snow too today and it's still coming down! I usually can't wait to get rid of it but it was cute to play in it with my daughter this evening. Couldn't get the girl to come back inside even though I was freezing my bajeeba's off...she wanted to bring a snowball in the house to keep - awwwwwwww, love her!!! :P

Anyway, so I got another CRIS email at 9pm this evening saying that they had ordered my card...again?! I guess they really mean it this time, huh?! I read a couple of other posts on different threads saying that they do that when they are about to send your card - I wonder if there is any truth to it, we shall see. So, yes, another touch on I-765 today.

I think it's generally a good thing to be transferred! Usually you will be approved without interview - not definitely, of course, but the odds are good!!! Good luck! You'll get your bios done soon enough, I think.

Me three! Got two emails saying "Card Production Ordered." One said "On Dec. 11.....card production ordered", etc. and the other said "On Dec. 17.......etc (same exact words.) So I guess they ordered it twice. :blink: I'll believe it when the card arrives.

Hey VJ Members and my fellow October filers,

After a long day shopping with my hubby, came back to check my mailbox, and there was my EAD and interview letter. My interview date is set for February 24th @ 8am. GOD IS GREAT Y'LL.. I called my parents in my home country immediately and they were so overjoyed to hear such great news. :thumbs::dance:

And all the others who got their card production ordered, my EAD came in the mail 10 days after. So interview notices are in order for you guys who got EAD approvals. I had a very good time on this website and i will stay until I'm ready to file for citizenship. For those who are awaiting biometrics and EAD, AP approvals, stay on it, make necessary calls, call them everyday if you have to and thanks to everyone and i will be online checking frequently on everyone's progress and all the excitement.

HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! :dance:

Hey SweetnSexc congrads to you on receiving your EAD and interview letter in the mail, now that is what you call a good early Christmas. I am glad to hear your parents are overjoyed and they should be, congrats once again. Wow that is nice to get mail like that. Really nice words of encouragement SweetnSexc to all of the filers here. You already got two card production ordered tiuches, WOW! You are probably gonna get your card next week..Some people get three touches before approval notice is sent..its crazy..i guess the system has to remind them or something..Your EAD is on the way and hopefully you will get an interview letter on that same day too.
