dpolar -

do not worry about no changes after biometrics in our case it just showed as the last update being the day of the biometrics but no change to the status of the application.

GOOD LUCK!

Exactly the same here!

Same with me, but I know, it has not been a month since my biometrics appointment, its more like 2 weeks I am guessing. I am just nervous about getting RFE after my biometrics appointment because, I have noticed people in here who got RFE got it before their biometrics appointment.

SCREW MISSOURI! Not the people just the service center! lol Still no biometrics or ANYTHING!

Question can people get more than 1 RFE? Like ummm they sent us an RFE for our co sponsors taxes.....we sent that out. Can they send out another RFE for something else? Or do they usually send 1 biometrics for everything they need in 1 go?

Hi **Love**, that is awful that you still havent received your biometrics appointment, I think that is turly rediculous. Have you contacted USCIS about this matter? I think you can get 2 RFE's, I believe, but I could be wrong. I think usually if one is issued an RFE, and it was sent back, a biometrics appointment letter should follow. I am sorry you are experiencing this right now and best of luck to you. I hope you get your biometrics letter.

What is needed at the interview? SO I can atleast keep myself occupied and get the stuff together. Also what is needed for the Biometrics? We are going to send out the request for original copies from our K1 visa process. My husband decided to send in originals for a couple things. :( What I get for him not communicating with me and just sending it out.

Hi **Love** the requirements needed for the interview are: photos, joint checking account, joint lease, joint mortgage, and birth certificates of children if any etc. The requirements needed for the bio appointment is, all of your NOA's, your biometrics appointment letter and a passport or some form of ID, state ID, etc etc. The biometrics letter tells you the required stuff needed. Did you make extra photo copies of the originals you guys sent in? To be safe, I made 2 copies of everything and the entire package just in case. Is there anyway you can get those documents again? I think everything will work out for you and I am hoping you receive your bio appointment.

If you already received the notice, then I bet that is just random - a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing!

All that message is telling you is that your I485 is being worked on and it is at the CSC. To find out if your case has been touched, when you log into the USCIS site, there is a coulum that says, last updates, look at that date posted and then look at the date you went in for your biometrics, usually you will know, when you got a touch is, if the date is after your biometrics date. Hope this info helps.

Yea, we got a notice saying it was being transferred along with a mailed notice. This was after the biometrics date.

All of the sudden today I get that pending notice (totally separate from the transfer) and the case has todays date as a "last update".

I wondered if that meant it went onto someones desk or something.

Hi xbabes8, I believe you can expedite an EAD, if has been more than 75 days from the date you filed.

It's 66 days since we mailed our application now. 9 days until I call their ### and expedite the ####### out of that thing. Surely there's a shopping mall in need of a Santa Claus somewhere? To think I left a perfectly good job nearly 6 months ago and have officially (probably) gone insane at this stage.

I would suggest you fill out a timeline so that we can see what your progress is. But as for my EAD I didnt wait I did it after 2months. My excuse was that I may be getting layed off at the end of the yeare and that my wifes mother is very ill and her medical expenses is now catching up to us. I pay all expenses and in the past 2-4yrs she has been in and out of the hospital. 2months before I decided to expedite she has to amputate all her toes as she is a diabetic. The person I spoke to was really understanding and I guess she made it happen. Either that or my EAD was due for this months based on my timeline.

I guess we are both at the same place- I'm still waiting for my biometrics appointment too. I've had the same status for the past month- that case processing has resumed after they got my response to the RFE. Frustrating, let me tell you- especially seeing people getting interview dates. Well, that's the way of USCIS.
