Hey guys, I'm also very curious about how you plan to pass the time waiting for this process to end. Any and all ideas are welcome. Let me start- we are moving to a new place so I expect to be occupied with decorating and generally putting our new home together; I like to do DIY projects, so I plan to do a lot of those and lots of reading.

Kim,

wah gwaane...it's always best to find something to occupy you so you don't go insane. I learned a valuable thing while waiting on the I-129 approval (stop checking on the STATUS) or you'll go insane. It was hard at first to stop, but after a week or so I was fine. When I wasn't thinking about it I received the approval e-mail. My gurl, best of luck with the rest of the journey all we can do is hold each others hand along the way.

********************************************************************************

....when it hurts to look back and you're scared to look ahead LOOK beside you and I'll be there.....

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

I know, girl  It's hard cause I have such long days- I get up at 5.30 most mornings to get my husband out the door at 7, I go back to bed for about an hour or two then I have a whole expanse of day to occupy. I do like being at home more than doing my internship- which btw was getting on my last nerve cause those ppl seemed to forget I wasn't employed to them-I like to cook but I'm afraid of the weight gain,, and my only friends here work all day and its far too expensive to talk long with my friends in Jamaica. Guess I'll have to start watching TV, too, something I detest greatly.

Nope-I'll check my account tonight. My bank seems to update the info at the end of the day, rather than in real time. I just hope they haven't lost my application :crying: Thats my only fear.

iI sent mine via USPS Express mail, too. I know it was delivered- I'm just wondering if Mr. Bustamante put it in the box or the trash can  . Right now, I wont even think about it- I got my NOA for my I-130 before they cashed my money order last time, anyway.

My wonderful mailman (it actually is a man, for the PC people out there) just delivered my receipts about 20 minutes ago. I tried signing up online but it wont accept the numbers. That may be a good thing- for my sanity, that is.
