Hi everyone, I made a few changes to the spreadsheet.

I updated some dates and ordered the usernames in alphabetical order so they're easier to find.

I yet have to add a couple of users that joined our thread in the past few days, sorry! I plan on doing that by the end of the week (been busy at work again...).

Its me again Rosie, sorry I should of mentioned it, in my reply, but I did receive my biometrics appointment letter today

Hi CanadianMade, I got my letter yesterday Nov 13 for the Biometrics appointment. The appointment date is Nov 29, 11am. Very good, it will be Sat, my hubby don't need to ask for leave.

I got my NOA for I-130, I-485, and I-765. But I cant track my case status online with my I-765 EAD. I guess it has not hit yet on the system online or maybe it never will but atleast I got my important ones in. Im not to worred about that.

But what does concern me is my check for my I-485 AOS ($1010) cleared on 10/7/2008 but not my I-130 ($355) has not to this date. Has anyone else encountered this? I got all my NOA at the same time too!

I thinking that maybe they didnt need my I-130 from the beginning cause she was already here as a Visitor? Im just really curious what is going to happen with that check if anything. Im tempted to spend it but Im not sure if I should.

Don't spend the money! I bet that check will cash soon and when it does you'll want to be sure the money is there!!! If your wife was already here, then she definitely needed the I-130 since that's the Petition for the Alien relative (spouse.) Good luck!

My second $355 check final cashed on the Nov 13th. Two weeks after I send my package in and a week after my first $1010 check cleared. Well thats the good news. Still awaiting my biometrics appointment though.

We sent that package in on October 29th, it was received on November 3rd.

Are we still October filers??

Checks are cashed, waiting for NOA.

Hi eileenho congrads to you for receiving your biometrics appointment letter yesterday, we both got it at the same time.

We definately do have the same timeline and my appointment is Nov 24 at 1pm. My wife is going to be at work that

day, so we will have to ask a friend of ours to take me to downtown Cleveland for the appointment.

I just my biometrics in Boston with a walk-in. It was totally dead in there, they were mopping the floor. The security guards were really nice and let me go in early, the whole process was smooth, I filled out a form, they took my fingerprints with a fancy scanner and my picture, they even let me see it. Done.

So birthday is back on

Ugh!! Just when I thought everything was moving smooth....our case status on USCIS says that they sent out an RFE on 11/10/08!! Unreal! Anyone have any idea what it could be? I was sure everything was sent in. I don't know. We even received our NOA 1's for both AOS and EAD, and Val's biometrics is scheduled for Tuesday 11/18. I guess we won't know for sure until we actually receive the RFE in the mail. Wish us luck!

I was sure everything was sent in. I don't know. We even received our NOA 1's for both AOS and EAD, and Val's biometrics is scheduled for Tuesday 11/18. I guess we won't know for sure until we actually receive the RFE in the mail. Wish us luck!

It's amazing how three little letters fill someone with so much dread! R-F-E, ugh! Good luck with it and hopefully it's something minor.

I am just waiting in frustration for my biometrics letter. I mean #######?! Each day I open the mailbox and nadda. I am feeling like an RFE may be headed my way (knock on wood). Just frustrating. I was hoping for like a 4-5 day wait after the NOA's. Looks like the average wait time on this forum from NOA to Biometrics Letter is 3-4 days. Should I worry?

I guess there is always tomorrow.

I don't thin you should worry yet - This process is flaky to say the least...your biometrics letter is definitely on the way though, with or without an RFE. Did you decide on the walk-in? I would do as soon as I get the letter and definitely go in the afternoon! Good luck!
