We also finally got the RFE for the medical. We sent it back last Friday. I'm hoping, though, that they will get it and then just send out the green card. It is still in California, so I'm not really looking for an interview -- but we'll see.

Congrats to everyone who has their green card

We are still waiting. In March we had an infopass appointment and an inquiry was sent to CSC with no response. April we called USCIS and they sent an inquiry to CSC and still we have received no response. Maybe his AOS application got sucked up by the red matter singularity

You would think with him having just completed 17 months of AP for his visa and us applying for AOS three months later the background checks would be a breeze but I guess they start from scratch with the AOS application.

We had another RFE, this one for the medical. First was for my w-2's. Called my congressman and they contacted USCIS but told me best to go ahead with the new medical. Done and sent back...

I was Grandoner in the October's list... changed my tag name

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

Just saw on the website that on June 3, 2009 -- that card production has been ordered! Yeah!

Well I'm here to say Congratulations to you.:dance:

Poor dears, nobody hanging around this thread anymore to wait with you. I hope your green card doesn't take too long. They say there are delays in production of the cards. I guess you've read those threads and announcements.

Hey Everyone!

It has been so long since I was on here, can't even remember the last time! Congratulations everyone on approvals, GC's and the like. Special congratulations to Eli with the new baby news - talking of which - any baby yet for Kimcorene?! Also, hope the move went well, Rosie!

Well, I'm pleased to say that we just got back from a month in the U.K which was fabulous!!! The GC actually works, since they really did let me back in with no problems whatsoever! Yay! They scanned my prints again, which they claim "is a new thing for GC holders" but still...A great time was had by all!

Take care everyone!

There are still a few of us hanging around. If we don't hear anything soon (like in a couple of weeks) we will ask the congressman to intervene. Other than receiving the EAD and AP in early January there has been no action on our case that we can see.

An inquiry sent to CSC two months ago resulted in a response that "your case is currently being reviewed by an officer" which to me translates to "we don't know where it is, on someone's desk we hope, and we are too lazy to go look for it"

Good luck to all still waiting
