hey guys, I finally received that stupid letter asking for me to resubmit my complete medical.it says on the first page sent the documents by May 12.

i already had a infopass appointment for the 5th of may..Do you think I should hand it over at my infopass?I remember the IO telling me if I go over there my case will be processed that day. But is that mean I have to go on the 12th of may?should I just mail it?

Hey eck2008 I am glad that you finally heard something back geez and you got the same letter that I did, its a RFE so stupid they should of just given it to you at the interview, but I think since you have an infopas appointment, I would submit it there if I were you, I wouldnt send it in the mail, I got RFE for my passport and birth certificate and I made an infopass appointment and gave it to the IO in person and I have been waiting for 2 weeks since I handed in my RFE documents.

we went to infopass today and funny but we had the same guy that we talked prior to my interview.he remembered us too and he was like"you guys like driving all the way from naples I guess".I said we just want to get it over with.i told him how the IO told us if I brought the medical my case will process the same day.he asked the name of the IO but we didn't know.so after we described her he was lie "oh I know who she is she is nice".so he said he will go talk to her, he was kind of surprised that she told us it would process the same day.he took it back to the IO and handed to her.she told him to tll us she will work on it tomorrow and I should be getting my card in 20 days.so I am hoping really this time my medical is not screwed up and finally I will receive my greencard in 20 days.:) I asked him if I am supposed to mail my work permit but he said to keep it not to send it.so I don't know I can't wait till this process is over.
