My online file was updated only 6 days after the interview, but it's not like this for everyone. Some are updated right away, some never are! So don't rely on the online status at all. Within 10 days you will hopefully receive your Welcome Letter and that means you are approved without having to submit any further papers. Congratulations for your baby as well! :star:

Everything is in your favor Rosie, I am sure the job situation will work out just fine. You guys are getting CRIS emails, even though I received my card already, I was curious to see what the site says, it still hasn't changed from when they resumed my case back on November, oh well, i was just curious, don't need to be checking on any status in a while.

They didn't interview. They just got approval emails. I believe if you are going to be transferred to a local office for an interview, you would be informed. Have you had touches recently on your AOS? What dates?

Thanks for the clarification. I had a touch on Jan 26th for my AOS. I haven't heard anything since then.

18 Oct - Visited civil surgeon for vaccination records

29 Oct - Mailed I-485 packet to USCIS Chicago lockbox

31 Oct - Packet received by USCIS [Day 1]

06 Nov - NOAs for I-485, I-765 and I-131

14 Nov - Biometrics appointment notice date

19 Nov - I-485 application transferred to CSC

04 Dec - Biometrics appointment [Day 35]

05 Dec - I-485 and I-765 touched [probably attached biometrics info to my records]

2009

05 Jan - EAD card production ordered and AP approval notice sent! Received e-mails from CRIS. [Day 67]

12 Jan - Received EAD card and AP documents. [Day 74]

13 Mar - Received RFE from CSC for I-865 and "missing" medical forms

Hi Idealistix, the way the spreadsheet is set up whoever is transferred to CSC is shown as approved without an interview. If anyone will be transferred back to local office for interview, I'll make a note on the spreadsheet :)

My application was transferred to CSC in November, and then I got this e-mail from CRIS on Jan 26th:

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

Does this mean that my application was sent to my local office, or is it still pending at CSC? This e-mail is infuriatingly cryptic!

Mmhh... it sounds like your case was transferred back to your local office, which could mean you will be sent an interview appointment. But I'm not sure about this point so don't take my word for it :unsure:

I'll update the spreadsheet making a note you were transferred back to local office.

Well March 10/09 and I just got a letter in the mail letting me know that I was approved for my AOS, and without an interview. YEAH!!!!!!!!!! I will receive my card in about 3 weeks.

Just a quick question, our case was mailed Oct 16. He received his EAD and AP in early January. His AOS is still pending, no interview date, no changes nothing. It is at the California center and he came on a K-1 visa.

I have noticed a lot of ppl who filed the same time, after us have received their green cards/had their interview.

Do you think it is too early to schedule an infopass appointment to check on his status?
