We must be flying here. We sent the AOS packet on October 11 and already have the biometrics appt on November 5. I am hoping everything goes smoothly and he at least gets his EAD very soon. It is becoming harder and harder for me, working all the time and feeling guilty because I can not spend enough time with him.

The good news is he found ESL classes for free and he is going four times a week.

June 14th 2012 - NOA sent

June 28th - Biometrics letter sent -- July 26th Appointment date

July 12th 2012 - Early Biometrics/Walk-in

August ( ) - Interview letter received -- September 14th Interview date

September 14th 2012 - Interview! Oath date in hand, September 20th @ noon!

Just says the reciept numbers are not found. I decided to call uscis and they said that sometimes it may take a while for the system to accept mine and sometimes I may never be able to. We shall see I guess.

I remember reading on VJ that several people had the same problem. Apparently you are not the only one to whom it happened.

07/31/08 Entry in USA with K1 visa

08/27/08 Married

05/15/09 Conditional green card received

05/10/11 Permanent green card received

07/28/12 Started naturalization process

08/31/12 Biometrics done

ok finally something to update my package was received on the 13th, it was sent the 8th. Checks cashed on the 20th and got my NOA's today YAY, to make things better they all show online!!!

04/10/06: Arrive in USA on F1 visa.

08/15/08: Marry the most amazing woman in the world.

10/08/08: Sent AOS package to USCIS.

10/13/08: Package Delivered (I-131,I-765,I-130,I-485.)

10/20/08: Checks Cashed.

10/24/08: NOA's in mail for all, all receipt numbers show online.

10/28/08: Biometrics Appointment letter received for 11/13/08

11/13/08: Biometrics completed successfully, case touched online also i presume because of Biometrics

11/24/08: NOA for Interview

12/13/08: AP Approval letter sent out

12/18/08: EAD Card production ordered

12/20/08: AP arrives in mailbox

12/23/08: EAD Approval notice sent

01/20/09: Interview date in Mount Laurel, NJ (Cancelled but will still be attending this one also, realized why it was cancelled.....Inaugeration)

02/11/09: New interview date (Rescheduled due to cancellation letter)

02/11/09: Approved, Passport Stamped

No, my case online hasn't changed since 10/16, supposedly when they actually put all the info online for the first time.

I have had no changes since then, but I received my Bio letter yesterday and it was dated 10/21.. so something HAS changed, it just doesn't show online.. who knows.. :blink:

thank you for the info. Iam still trying to figure out based on what they send the appointment letters for the biometrics, maybe it depents on the local office where you have to go for biometrics... i dont know, I hope that i´ll get mine soon.

I believe they have a database or calender which has all the free appointments at the ASC closest to you and that is how your appointment is made. For the people who still cant see their cases online, keep trying- the same thing was happening to me when I first got my receipts.

I got my Biometrics letter in the mail today! The appointment is for Nov. 6th and it's at 8a.m! Looks like I'll be the first of the day and it's great because my husband is off that day and can take our daughter while I'm in there. I can imagine her in there wrecking the joint... :D

So, I got my RFE- I mistakenly thought it would be for my medical, but apparently, They need evidence of my lawful admission into the country, namely I-94 and or a copy of my visa (which was provided btw). So, I'm sendingcopies of the I-94, visa and entry stamps. Going to the post office now.

Wow...I wonder if they will till send you another one because of the medical form you were talking about? Hopefully not - good job in getting the rfe back out so fast!

OMFG :blink: we both r in the same day :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

the only diffrence is my appointement is at 9:00AM

07/07 Received a 5 years F-1 Visa in Casablanca Embassy

06/21/08 I got married to my lovely wife

10/07/08 AoS mailed!!!

12/07/08 AoS Received in Chicago Office

10/16/08 Received NOA and the money order got cashed

11/06/08 Biometrics Appointement

11/06/08 Biometrics Done

02/05/2009 Received interview letter

20/12/2008 EAD & AP approved

24/12/2008 EAD approved again( :oO)

02/25/2009 GC Approved

03/02/2009 GC received

01/05/2011 I-751 Mailed.

01/10/2011 Check got Cashed.

03/08/2011 Hell Ya I got approved ( Thanks to WM Tom Langford)
