our pkgs arrived w/in 24 hours of one another! hope we both get approved quickly. q for you...i see you said that your cs used an old form. so you didn't have the tb test completed that was the only difference?

I did the tb skin test- the only problem is that they did not indicate that I have received the new vaccines- hpv, etc. which I have had. The results of the test were on the form. I went back the next day and made them use the correct form, but since my package had already been mailed by my aunt, I just have to wait for the RFE and send it in.

Seriously. I couldn't believe they were still using the old form. When I went, they gave me the first page to sign and told me to come pick up the form the next day. My aunt picked it up and mailed my package for me, so I didn't see that it was the wrong one until later in the night when she gave me the copy from the cs. I was so upset!
