Werde morgen meine Impfungen auffrischen lassen. Wie schauts aus wenn der Arzt bei der Untersuchung meint das doch noch was fehlt, knallt der einem dort gleich eine Spritze rein oder muss ich nochmal zu einem anderen Arzt laufen?

Ich habe die Tetanus Impfung zu lange nicht gehabt, und der Artzt hat mir sie gerade dann gegeben, hat nicht mal extra gekostet.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

ok, i think this is enough now! those people post their threads in their native language so that people with the same NATIVE language answer them. the posts are specifically for the K1 process through germany so germans that already went through this part should know best what to answer..........

plus the translation tool youre using is really horrible!! im sure even germans have trouble understanding what you are writing there in german!

@morre du laesst deine impfungen doch bestimmt beim hausarzt auffrischen oder? so hab ich das damals gemacht bevor ich zum medical geganeng bin da mir gesagt wurde das fehlende impfungen vom medical arzt durchgefuehrt werden und das dann nochmal extra kostet und das muss ja net sein da das medical an sich ja schon schweineteuer ist.....

hast du denn die vaccination chart von der embassy damit du weisst welche impfungen du noch brauchst oder auffrischen lassen musst?

ich hab mich damals an die chart gehalten und bin damit gut gefahren, es kann natuerlich sein das es mittlerweile schon wieder neuerungen in der hinsicht gibt.

So hab ich das auch gemacht. Dem Hausarzt den Ausgedruckte chart von der webseite vom Konsulat gegeben, mein Impfpass und gesagt "geben sie mir was ich noch brauche"... die Impfungen haben sich etwas seit Mai verändert, wo wirst du dein Medical machen lassen? Einige wollen ein blöden Titertest, dass du z.B. Windpocken hattest, oder nicht... viel Glück :thumbs:

Hausarzt ist dann auch billiger weil die Kasse ja fast alles zahlt... Allerdings wollen die wohl mehr IMpfungen jetzt, alle Maedels zwischen Pubertaet und 26 brauchen jetzt HPV, was fuer eine Frechheit (ist ja sehr umstritten!!!)... Dann Rotavirus und Shingles, aber da ist mir die Altersgruppe unbekannt. Ich glaube auch die Aerzte in Dland sind strenger, bei meinem Ami medical brauchte ich keinen Titertest fuer Mumps, es stand in meinem DDR Impfbuch drin dass ich das hatte und gut war....

Bin zwar immer noch unsicher was die Röteln Impfung angeht (sieht etwas seltsam aus im Impfbuch) aber der Arzt meint es sei so in Ordnung. Werde zum Medical in Hamburg gehen, der Vertragsarzt soll ja nicht unbedingt einen Titer für Windpocken verlangen, mal schauen obs so klappt.

ich hatte bevor ich mein Medical hatte von der visajourney webpage so eine Liste mit den required Impfungen ausgedruckt und hatte mir die alle von meinem Arzt verpassen lassen. Inkl. Windpocke und Roeteln. Wurde alles von der Kasse uebernommen, bis auf die Hepatitis Impfung.

Windpocken wird einem aber nicht mehr geimpft, wenn man es schon hatte! Mein Arzt hat sich die Liste angeguckt, und meinte, dass kein Arzt das impfen wird, wenn man es schon hatte.

also mein hausarzt hat mich gegen windpocken geimpft obwohl ich im kindesalter daran erkrankt bin..... ich hatte versucht einen nachweis dafuer von meinem damaligen kinderarzt zu bekommen, aber die hatten mich nicht mehr in den akten!

nen titertest wollte ich net machen lassen, der haette ne ganze menge gekostet und nachdem die kk windpocken uebernommt hab ich mich halt impfen lassen.....

ich wurde auch gegen windpocken geimpft, obwohl ich es schon hatte als Kind...denke mal es ist ansichtssache des arztes, ob er die impfung durchfuehrt oder nicht.
