Required documents from the petitioner for I-864 Affidavit of Support Package

1. Last 3 years IRS Tax Transcripts (otherwise, last 3 years 1040 and W-2/1099)
2. Original Employment Letter
3. Original pay stubs (try to include all of them of the current year and/or one that includes salary to date)
4. All of the above from any joint sponsors

Print out your barcoded sheet from online payment site

You need to have your own cover sheet too. check for Loto's Instruction for template

10. Send in I-864 AOS Package to NVC

When status of the AOS shows as PAID (online): Print the barcode and include it in your AOS package which are:

BARCODED Cover Sheet (to be printed from web when your status is PAID online for AOS bill)

Your OWN cover sheet

Completed I-864 signed

Original Employment Letter

Last 3 years TAX TRANSCRIPTS (Call 1-800-829-1040 to get them)

Copy of PAY STUBS for current year (showing how much money you have made year to date)

Last 3 years W-2 and 1099 (any source of income) OPTIONAL

SPONSOR: I-864A + all above documents for sponsor.

i think because these were sent us electronically..

You would need to include cover letter stating the list of the documents you included in your package.

Yes....You need the follwoing with above list..

1.Cover sheet

2.Barcoded sheet

3.Original, filled and signed AOS forms (864 ....etc)

4.Nice expess mail envelope If you wanna mail by USPS

Finally you need money ...to mail all those stuff lol (just kidding )How are ya shpat ...long time no see on board ...thought you are on vacation(went to bahamas lol) before new job >

My advise for you to follow LOTTO'S short cuts and good, fast timelines with NVC stage ....like nimche ...etc
