hello

i just want to know if i need to file I-824 form in uscis for k2 visa or "follow to join" they say i have 1 year to apply for my kids to come here in united state. thanks

you do not need to file the I-824. it's not one year to apply for a K-2 visa. the K-2 Visa will have to be issued within one year from the date your K-1 visa was issued. you contact the Embassy when you are ready to schedule an interview. make sure to allow enough time to schedule an interview.
