LOL - Not trying to insult anyone - The drivers are more civilized there than ANYWHERE I have driven - They slow down and wave out ANYONE that is trying to pull out of a parking space or main road and wait until they have pulled out in front of them. I used to yell at my ex all the time that he could NOT do that when he came here - someone would be slamming into the back of my car!

Lawny, I have the same issue with pulling out, especially if it's a road that doesn't have traffic on it. My other issue is the turn signal / wipers - They are reversed from our car, so I always use the wrong one. Then, for the first few days I am home, I use the wrong ones here!

I said the same thing to one of Roxie's posts........it's not MY business. It's HIS to tell his family the truth and to tell them NO. He does that on occassion; but instead of telling them to stop calling, we'll send it if we can, he leaves them hanging. IMO, anyhow. My favorite is when he just doesn't answer the phone. Normal people would get the hint. They NEVER do.

Aww...consider yourself blessed that you get to go back PT. My friend had to go back FT after only 6 wks and she would sob all day

I do the same thing and I just get laughed at. A few of Marcel's friends from New York will be here this weekend for his birthday tomorrow. They drove like a mad man when we went to a dance in Ocho and I was pissed, so when they get here today I'm taking them for a spin on 495 and 270.

i dont know why they're always so persistent...no means no the first time. they're adults not children. its a shame

None of my husband's family or friends call to ever just say hi to him or see how he is doing. Last night, his mom and sister both called and he wouldn't answer. He said, I'm tired of people just trying to use me.

Tell Chris he's not alone. It is something he should probably get used to.

JG..same here..hubby's brother (di one that thinks everybody owes him something) called about 12:30..ummm we have kids and a household to support..hubby says "u know mi nah ansa da yute yah, a Friday so him a call" i wanted to laugh but i didn't

I must give it to my fam..no one has called and asked for anyting since I had the baby...except to say "how yuh feel" or "what's her name" which is nice...

Kimmy, that is what family is supposed to do. I'll tell you what, Andre is a better person then I am. If any of my friends or family called all the time like his do, I would have no family or friends cause I would cuss them all out and tell them not to call me anymore.

When chris was there he would have on tv and radio same time and to go to sleep he had to have the radio on or he act like he cant sleep lol. I was like what time is it he said oh its not 7am yet cus this radio show is still on hahahah. He tells time by the radio shows.One time i woke up to some country music.

She nevah call him to say hi to him. He sends them cards, she did not have them call him to say thank you. All she inquire is if he in da states based on picture he sent them. So she go askin his aunti n sister. So today he finally get thru to them n this what she say bout the kids didnt like the things they like fancy stuff!

Sister told him last week that they got a text from the elec company sayin they owe, he said well i thought u all had that all caught up, she said its back up again so it looks like she asked for 200 bucks I heard him tellin her he dont have it. They got some nerve to ask for anything especially now in our current situation but i guess they think we rich.

And, they always will think you are rich no matter what you tell them. Watch when she calls.....it will always be $100 or $200 for something. I've never heard like $65 or $48, etc.

Trust me I know the feeling. When Marcel's mom passed the phone ran all the time. I got fustrated and turned it off. He called them and told them don't call him pack until they have everything in place. They know not to mess with me. It was bad enough when he got her his aunts and uncles and cousins he hasn't heard from in years started popping up all over the US and calling each other telling them I'm hold him hostage. You see they never called back. All it took was for them to cross me one time and the BCs start flying
