I don't even know if anyone can help a friend of mine out.

He's a Jamaican citizen, who currently resides in Nigeria. He's engaged to a woman in New York and they want to file K-1. He wants to know if it's easier for him to stay in Nigeria, where he's working or return to Jamaica to start the K-1 process?

Does it matter where he is when it starts....or more so when it finishes i.e. what embassy he goes to??

No, girl, thanks for asking. I lost 10lbs though. My hands are freezing cold. I have no temp, just feel rundown. Don't laugh, but you know the soft spot or the baby spot on your head...well, I've been rubbing it with vicks or RUM...yes, mi kuntri.

Congrats on the weight loss but that is not a good way to loose weight. Have you been taking your one a day women's multivitamins? We take care of everyone else and for get to take care of ourselves. You sound like you are fatigued and stressed. You need to take a me day. Lock the bedroom door and let Marcel take care of the baby and just chill.

Hi ladies,

For those who remember me (since I see tons of new people), just wanted to let you know I had my baby girl on October 9. Her name is Amaya Elise. She is definitely a handful but I'm enjoying every minute of it. Here are a couple of pictures.

Due to being sleep deprived and getting used to being a mommy I haven't had time to come on here but I hope everyone is doing well.
