I know. I can't take and I REFUSE any meds. My first pregnancy was TRIPLETS. Twin and triplets run heavy in my family. I'll leave it to time. I know I'm under alot of stress and that may have a lot to do with it.

yes stress can cause you to not ovulate, or ovulate later or earlier and then you have no idea when to make the baby. Docs try to prescribe Clomid to alot of women and that actually makes them "dry up" so the sperm have a harder time swimming in there. lawd i need to be a fertilty specialist with all the stuff i done learned. I was on this mad fertilty knowledge kick for awhile but it taught me alot.

That's what the doctor prescribed for me before I went to Jamaica, but I never got the prescription filled. My cycle shows up when it wants. then she said she may have to put me on Medformin if I want to try to get pregnant. Ugh! Diabetics take that.

:blink:Never heard about medformin. Does that make you fertile?

Congrats Lawny and Marcel

I only know about medformin because the doctors prescribed that to some of my clients who have recently been diagnosed with diabetes. One of the initial "starter" drugs when first diagnosed. Now I have no clue what it has to do with fertility, but I will definitely do some research and ask the psychiatrist I work with, because the last thing we want is some extra fertile clients!

I'm afraid of shots. I've never taken a flu shot. NEVER

Goodness me too. Deathly afraid of injections. The anxiety rises just thinking of them. I think flu shots are a great thing...I just can't get past the needles.

Can adults do the nasal mist?

Girl face your fear and go get the shot. lol. I am not sure about adults getting the mist because I have only heard of it being given to children. The drawback is the the mist is a live vaccine while the shot is a dead vaccine. See my drift????

Here's some info on it. http://www.advancedfertility.com/metformin.htm It's used for women that have ovulation problems.

Yeah, I was reading that...but it's not for most fertility problems. It's particularly used for a condition called PCOS

I had 2 of my friends do witness affidavits for our petition, and they had me look over them. I gave them the basic template and told them to just be honest and write what they feel. Well let me tell you I was nearly in tears today reading them. To see how other people view our relationship, and the fact that they can actually FEEL our love, the same as we do, just had me all choked up today. It's always interesting to me to get other people's perspectives on things. They love my husband though. In fact, he is one friends "2nd husband" (cause she's already married!) and the other friend just calls him "her husband" too! And he loves them just as much. We all met him at the same time, so they've been on this ride for as long as I have---the Good, Bad, and the Ugly!

That's wonderful Mrs P. I love to be around people like you guys - where you can just feel the love seeping from your pores.

Another thing that always touches my heart and brings a smile to my face is when you are out somewhere like the mall or restaurant and see the really old couple still holding hands like they are teenagers. I love that!

Sorry honey-my crazy dog tried to get the pizza delivery lady! I plan on sending in our petition the first week of Nov. All prayers will be greatly appreciated!

You know you will have them! Are you filing K3 or IR1?

I love to see this too IW! I didn't grow up seeing this in my own house, and that's one thing that I love about my husband...he is so affectionate both at home, and out in public. Now we don't have to be all over each other, but just the simple cute stuff like hand-holding and occasional sweet kisses is what I love the most! We'll be doing the IR1

Marie, so what's the BIG NEWS?

It's a rainy nite in Georgia, but no man to share it with. Rain makes most men Hor##, did you'll know that?

U know what, everytime it rains in JA my husband is always like, all he wants to be doing is making love to me. I didn't realize that rain made all men hornballs! I remembered there was one night in particular a couple of years back in JA, and it literally rained the entire night...let's just say Belly didn't stop until the rain did
