Sorry honey-my crazy dog tried to get the pizza delivery lady! I plan on sending in our petition the first week of Nov. All prayers will be greatly appreciated!

That is just next week Mrs. P

Do you have to file waivers or just a standard spousal petition?

Standard spousal petition

man i didnt realize that were into november already...WOW!

i know other people have mentioned before about the part where you put how you met, did you make this long and biographical, dates , times and places or short and sweet with minimal info, MRs P or Yardie?

I wrote it out on it's own piece of paper...kind of like a cover letter/intro letter. Couple of paragraphs with details/dates etc. I looked at it as introducing us and our lives to them. Didn't want to overwhelm them but wanted it to be clear, concise and almost like a story of our relationship up until the time I was filing. Listed all trips and things we did together etc.

I know people have done it both ways and gotten approved.

I made sure that I included the month and year that we met. A brief description of how we met, how many times I've travelled back and forth to see him, when he proposed, and when we got married. It can really be done in about 1/2 to 3/4 of a page. You could add more if you want, but that info should suffice.

I will be leaving on November 9th. I am feeling much better now, becaused it has rain, and the pollen has let up.

Mrs.palmer, which one will you be filing for the K3 or theCR1?

Well, the truth be told, I hate this wait and separation sh##. But, I guess I didn't do my homework before I enetered into this marriage. The economy sucks, so I can't travel as often as I want to.

It shouldn't take USIC a whole year to review these documents, but what do you do when the govt, gotya?
