So I want a party kinda and then I am like screw these people. As u know some of the fam was not all supportive at first, but now they all on board and been looking at halls for us to have a reception party and I am like do i really wanna spend money for a party with these folks who let me down in the beginning? If they are not paying for it, it aint happening. I do want to have a party tho. My friends and parents are wanting me to have a party but we'll see. I had reserved a place for Oct 18, but of course he didnt make it here in time. So now we are close to the holidays. I just want to have a dance.

I'm taking a week off when he gets here and we are just gonna be tourists in LA. It should be fun. It will just be nice to know that we are done with immigration for awhile.

how much yall think it will cost me to rent a place in ja to have my ceremony at, if they know im farrin im sure an arm and a leg, if i have dwayne do it, what yall think is reasonable by ja standards, or do i just find a patch of empty space on the beach and do it and hurry before the police come and shoot us....LOL

They let Lawny up there. They left me standing outside for 30 mins by myself.

They LET Tre up there? Honestly, I can't really imagine anyone not letting her do what she wanted. If it were me, I'd just step aside. I love her; but she would scare me.

...yes, we both went upstairs with no problem. I would have had a fit if they told me to stay outside by myself that place does not look safe and it's off the main...heck no! I would have been terrified.

haha, Lawny your funny. It wasnt that bad. It was stinky though cause the dump truck was out. But it was in a shopping center area, if its the same place as i was in. I think i just been to some crazy places in JA and most stuff just remind me of here at home.

I love fish tea. But i eat it with a spoon cause I add more of those lil noodles in it. You can find them in the Jewish section of the grocery store, and then I add shitake mushrooms and shrimp to mine. Its soooo good. But I guess its a different kinda fish tea after that.

My husband is not into the whole cooking thing. He thinks its more of a woman thing... So I think yall are lucky to have men who like to cook like that.

We rented our area for $200US on the cliff over looking the water in Negril. Very fair price. They cleaned it up for us and everything. Def have D hook it up. Where are you looking to have it. Are you getting married first or doing K1?

Marlita my hubby is the same way. I cook the Jamaican food. Who is the Jamaican ugh I think he has cooked twice sense he has been here. The reason he does not cook. Is because he is a horrible cook.

Marlita, don't feel bad, the only thing Joel can cook is rice maybe. So, he won't be the cook in this family. That's okay with me, I love to cook, so I will learn to cook Jamaican. The other day, Joel said he wouldn't want to eat Jamaican everyday anyway. He want to eat different types of food. So, I guess we will be Kool on this.
