I cant wait till thanksgiving..well actually...BLACK FRIDAY!!! :dance: I heard its gonna be good this year because of the economy

lawny...i didnt realize the cons about living on the beach...i guess a beach view is better in the long run :thumbs:

Marie, if I could find pictures of 2 of my aunts houses you would see why. I believe all who built in that area had their houses destroyed. While it seems nice and beautiful to want a beach front property, it's not always the best thing. They had a see wall that separated the houses from the beach, but it wasn't enough.

okay i will preface my last comment by saying my LEnovo doesnt suck azz it is my net carrier Verizon which sucks AZZ do not use the wireless aircard by verizon the reception sucks and it goes dormant quite a bit

I made a pumpkin gingerbread trifle one Thanksgiving - it was so so so good - It was a recipe from Paula Dean

Oh, can you give this recipe to me?

I make a wicked trifle:

pound cake cut in cubes (I use 2 pound cakes)

sliced strawberries

sliced bananas

can of crushed pineapple in juice

2 tubs of whip cream

2 boxes of dry vanilla pudding

Layer everything exactly as I have listed it, using 1/3 each layer. Only difference, Use 1/2 of the dry pudding mix on the first 2 layers ONLY. So, you end with whip cream on top.

If you put it in a big clear bowl, it is beautiful. Tastes awesome.

If you use the low fat pound cake, fat free whip cream, and sugar free pudding mix, you can save some calories.

No quoting is fine and usually my goal. But, sometimes I want to make sure it's known what I am referring to.

Heyyyyyyyyyy, where did you get that recipe. That's the Dessert Rosa at Carrabbas. OMG! so friggin good.

lol. i was bout to say that lenovo is a top quality laptop...along with sony. i'm saving up to get a new laptop black friday

Yardie..this year i'm tryna get a nintendo wii, laptop, gps, hard drive camcorder and lcd tv. A lotta the time I buy more than one of what I get and try to make a little profit on ebay

ok :) my camera is packed in my hospital bag already i hope it works! it was not workin too good during the shower. Anyone recommend a good laptop? I refuse to buy a dell again i hate the one i have.

Why do you hate it. I just got 2. One for me and my nephew. Gateway is a good one.

Nope. They celebrate different holidays than we do (ie Heroes Day etc) but no Thanksgiving or Halloween.

I tried to explain Halloween to Marcel and all he says is "WHY". I didn't say anything else. I wasn't allowed to do anything on Halloween, so it's not a big deal to me. I do take boxing day off though, been doing since 1989, when I started working full time. I also take Easter Monday.

I was just on the Black Friday site yesterday. I can't wait either. I need a new TV for my bedroom. Last year I was 10th in the line at Target. I had a chance to get one and didn't. I could slap myself. This Jamaican guy had a whole cart full of $25 DVD players. :rofl: I need a GPS to.
