You will be okay JAlove. Just rest it and do your kegels for the 4 weeks your doc says no roosking and you will be in fine shape. Naw worry... :no:

After that kid is born, him near that area is not going to be near the top of your list for a while.

And chances are if he is there for the birth and watches the whole thing, it won't be on the top of his either.

i never thought about it, but I heard people say do the Kegel's which i didn't do.. HMMM if my ex and I were talking i would ask him did he feel a difference b4 and after baby number 1... INTERESTING..

Chris gwaan love it eidda way my girl, dats why mi a sey nuh worry.. do ya kegel's and get the likkle balls just to be on the safe side..

OMG.. i dunno how my kids dad could look at me after the second..

After hours of waiting on her, pulling w/ hands, pulling w/ the tongs.. den dey tek me to anodda room and cut me open fa emergency c section ca she a nuh come!!!

he was there for EVERY PART!!!

dats love I tell ya, even for a bipolar a hole like him!!!

im a residential social worker for the mentally ill and on the weekends a manager of a childrens foster home program for abused and neglected kids, im surrounded by dysfunction 7 days a week...:yes:

Honey...do you work in an RTF? That's what we call those facilities in PA when they're for adolescents. Residential treatment facilities or do you work in Adult Psych?

I'm an Inpatient, psychiatric social worker at a community hospital. I work with children ages 6-18 and their families doing all the crisis interventions/ discharge planning/ therapy etc. I've always done hospital social work whether it's in an emergency room or on inpatient units.

Total dysfuntion 5 days a week for me too but it's interesting and you get new patients all the time! LOLLLLL

Yeah, well, riding on the handle bars of my brother's bike downhill at top speed sounded like a good idea too!

I got a good story about me taking Dave to the doctor's with me yesterday, to get flu shots. Well, i get them free at work cause of being a hospital social worker and Dave claimed he wanted one too. Well, long story short....after about an HOUR of questions he finally agreed to let the M.D. give him the vaccine! :lol:

NISH -- you're lucky, most Jamaicans men or women refuse to get the flu shot. When I worked at the hospital I had so many question, then they'll ask "U TEK EEH" and I'm like of course the reply "a u nu dead ar sick"...you no see mi deh ya a chat to u. It was only from the JAMAICANS :angry:

Yeah...he was reluctant but said it was no big deal after all the shots he got for the embassy interview, why not get this one too! LOL

This last couple weeks we've been doing the whole "get a physical" and "go to the dentist" kinda stuff while he's waiting for AOS etc. I got the pnuemonia-vac as well and it lasts 6 years.

After that kid is born, him near that area is not going to be near the top of your list for a while.
