im a residential social worker for the mentally ill and on the weekends a manager of a childrens foster home program for abused and neglected kids, im surrounded by dysfunction 7 days a week...

That sound like a fullfilling job. You must feel good about what you do. I'm an auditor...I have to constantly defend myself to people. I'm not out to get everyone...just the bad people.

I got a good story about me taking Dave to the doctor's with me yesterday, to get flu shots. Well, i get them free at work cause of being a hospital social worker and Dave claimed he wanted one too. Well, long story short....after about an HOUR of questions he finally agreed to let the M.D. give him the vaccine!

NISH -- you're lucky, most Jamaicans men or women refuse to get the flu shot. When I worked at the hospital I had so many question, then they'll ask "U TEK EEH" and I'm like of course the reply "a u nu dead ar sick"...you no see mi deh ya a chat to u. It was only from the JAMAICANS

The doctor gives Andre one every year cause of the sickle cell. He gives him no trouble. He had the pneumovax a few years ago too.

KK whenever we hear the word audit, we go into stress mode,im talking like months and weeks in advance, trying to make sure everything is perfect. It is kind of funny, cause i enjoy what i do, and working with people but in my every day life im an evil wench...LOL... so im amazed that i have compassion for people cause generally i dont like to show my soft vulnerable side, just from years of #######.. but when it comes to my abused kids or my crazies... i will go the distance for them, and pray to the lord that one day my cheese doesnt fall off my cracker and i become one of them ( that is my analogy for having a breakdown) in case someone didnt get it. Ok i on my way, back later, maybe i will log back on while OCD guy is attempting to sit down, cause its gonna take a while most definitely. Yall remember when i was telling yall about my OCD girl who was trying to give a ####### outside at her day program but couldnt complete the task due to the OCD....LOL.. well he is the same concept

No baby today.! He sent me home with 3 more dr appointments. Friday they will test/monitor the baby, tues sonogram tues dr checkup. He was like after i took the stitches up i told u to beat that cervix up lol. I dont recall him sayin dat! lol but uh. This dr is stra8 to the point huh. The assistant that helped him with removing my stitches is still mad at him too for gettin on her bout not knowing what to use for the procedure. That was 3 weeks ago.She told on him too!
