The USCIS posted new dates day before yesterday. Sept, 28. Check your local office to see where your case may stand. Their timeline isn't very reliable as some have received everything EAD and GC before their times.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.

The timelines posted are weird. It says at the bottom "as of July 31, 2008". What the heck?

AOS Approved on 10-17-08 (details in profile)

Removal of Conditions on 07-19-10

In this tedious process, we tend to forget that this is all worth it.

I love my hubby beyond anything in this world.

It means that there is a 2 month lag in reporting the dates. It means that when CIS surveys all the field offices for their current processing info, it takes them 2 months to supply it. They should be able to supply the dates in less than 5 minutes, not 2 months.

I wouldn't put much stock into any of those anyway.
