Packet 4 question

The consulate at Naples scheduled our interview today (yay!) and I sent another e-mail to ask whether we'd receive more documents (Packet 4). The person who responded told me that everything was taken care of and that we wouldn't get anything else.

My question is: what exaclty is in packet 4? Now that I look through what the consulate sent my fiance' and me, we have the DS 156, 156K, 230, checklist, etc. and then we also have all these papers about vaccinations and then we have form DS 3026 "Medical History and Examination Worksheet" which is "for use with DS 2053". Are these the Packet 4 documents? Did they send us everything all at once? Do we have to fill out all or part of this form or does the doctor fill this out during the exam? Also, where can we obtain form DS 2053? Or don't we have to fill that out?

Packet 4 is your interview date, well it is at the London Embassy, package 3 is the package that you have to fill in. Does that make sense to you? Good luck at the interview.

Letter confirming the interview and instruction on how to find the embassy and what to bring to the interview. You can't enter the embassy without confirmation of the interview.
