No touches for me.

I don't expect to be approved this year :(

VSC is not working on Cr1/IR1 applications at all (or so it seems).

Any recent approvals are from the transferred applications to CSC.

Hi Frali

I actually feel the same way as you do. I don't want to hope too much but it would be really great if it really happens.

Dido. My husband and I don't expect vermont to do anything with our petition until next year. :crying:

Yeah my husband and I also don't expect anything until the end of this year. Hopefully our daughter and I could be there around mid next year.

Hey everyone !

Do we have any June filers through Vermont going the cr-1/ir1 route only ? (no K3 filed, hence no I-129f)

Did anyone rec any approvals ? My spouse called the uscis today and they stated that we should be hearing something soon !!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Seriously ! did any one rec NOA 2's yet or were touched.. ?

thanks !

We filed for my wife and step-daughters visas back in June 2008, we haven't even received a hard copy of the NOA1 yet. I had to call for our receipt numbers. I'm waiting to see if my expedite request will be approved, due to conflict along the border where my wife and step-daughter are presently living. I only wish I would have filed the petitions while I was still living in California becaue CSC is pushing through their visas whereas VSC is making beds to sleep on with our petition packages.

Hi...

We received our NOA1 June 4...and have had nothing since...no touch...nothing. I stopped even looking at our status and here on VJ too...I just cry. I cry for those people who posted that they haven't seen their spouse in months and sometimes over a year! I have been fortunate enough to see my husband since he can travel to see me pretty regularly and I have been able to travel to see him a few times too. I need to be patient and count my blessings.

Wow !! seven weeks for approval... that's awesome "Ya and Probz" How did that happen ?

I really hope it happens before the end of the year for all of us. I saw on the uscis website that Houston center has now reopened as of Sept 29th. Now I'm not sure if they are handling sponsorship petitions because I read on VJ that a load of Huston's files were xfered to VSC.

I really hope the NOA 2 is soon.

Hey "Hollis", We still have no clue how that happend :) We had prepared us for atleast 6 months before anything would happen and was quite surprised and happy ofcourse- now we are waiting for the approval of my sons petition which we sent in 3 months later- unfortunately Vermont is moving slow. I´m just praying all of us will get the approvals before thi s year is over. It so hard to be seperated

We filed an I-129F as well as the I-130, although we are planning on going with the CR-1 route.

We have been stuck at VSC since June 2nd and haven't had any touches or been transferred to the somewhat speedier CSC... (you lucky people!) so who knows what time frame we are looking at... hopefully soon!! Like many of you, our patience are wearing thin too!
