Steps after NVC Case complete

I have sent out my DS230 forms already and I am waiting for my case to complete. I am looking for directions/steps after the case is complete and when NVC sends all the stuff out to consulate. I know LOTO, Nimche and Ling Ling have come out with their versions of USCIS and NVC steps, but I wasn't able to find any guide that prepare us for what happens after NVC case complete. So my questions are:

1. What is procedure for medical/vaccinations after NVC case complete? Are there standard list of vaccines that one needs to have or does this vary by country?

2. What if prior proof of vaccinations don't exist but the vaccines were taken? Is doctor's letter that you have been vaccinated ok???

3. What are the procedures for VFS?

4. What are the steps to follow at Consulate on the day of the interview? Are visits to multiple locations (consulate, VFS office, etc.) required on the date of the interview?

Can anyone point me to any material here on VJ that answers these questions please?

2008-10-01 : Case Complete

2008-11-01 : Medical Exam

2008-11-06 : VFS Office visit

2008-11-20 : Interview ...APPROVED

2008-11-22: Visa in Hand

2008-12-12 : POE in Chicago

2009-01-03 : Received Welcome Letter

2009-01-30 : Received Social Security #

2009-01-12: Received Another Welcome Letter w/ GC

2009-01-12 : Received Green Card

1 Standard list of vaccinations determined by age and sex.

2 Doctors letter is fine, or can just get re-vaccinated or tested (titer tests)

3 VFS? OK you got me.
