Hey mate,

They are probably just putting it into the system - and ya know USCIS - give it a few weeks i think ours took a week to resume processing - also make sure u are signed up on USCIS and have email enabled to get update from CRIS

I am signed up but they put it in the system yesterday. Then showed a touch today and thought since they got everything they would be done fairly quickly

I think ours was about two weeks later after three touches heck i cant see my timeline lol - but you will get the drift. Its there in the system and with an adjudicator so there is a blessing - just hang on cause once it is approved ~~~~~~~then there is a whole new area for you to explore....j/k wishing you only the best!

This whole thing sucks as it always does. Because when ever I go through the whole NVC #######. I will have 4 to 5 months to get an interview in China. So life in general sucks. Bad day for me I guess and yes I will get over it. Oh I mean no I will just get used to it I know suck it up and deal with it right

I'm at VSC and they have this RFE almost one month now and nothing new CR-1 take some time jus wait coz if u call they wont give eny info they well say we dont know and u have to wait ... good luck

Sorry to here about your RFE. I had once heard that it was quick for approval when you give them what they want. But as they always do make us wait and then wait some more.

Yeah, I am but, I hear this is about two more weeks afther they get it returned. This is really beginning to suck that is all. Oh I forgot it has all along

That is just a guessestimate mate, who knows could be tomorrow could be six weeks, one thing i learned and yes i ranted up a storm here on VJ about this horrific process was that no matter what I said, no matter who I contacted (well at first lol) its in there hands and just keep checking ur USCIS to see for touches. Ours came on April Fools Day for the NOA2 - how appropriate eh?

Mine was a week and approval after. If you are lucky and your case get in hand of a nice officer then one week. I hope it will clear out soon for you. It is so frustring.
