Non-immigrant. It's non-immigrant up until you file AOS after marriage.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

Fiance Visa is non immigrant K-1 Visa. it's nonimmigrant since purpose is to travel to USA to get married and adjust status to remain. once married within 90 days of your entry, which is a requirement, you can apply for AOS to become LPR.

Thanks for the reply. just wondering, if i apply for AOS and my medical from PI was expire since it is only acceptable for 1 year, that means i'll have to undergo another new medical examination? i know my vaccination will only last for 12 months too...

just curious.. thanks for the reply in advance...

If it has been over a year since your medical at St Lukes, you probaly will need another one. bring your vaccinations records. you will only need the vaccinations you have not taken yet.
