my I-130 had been Touched on September 29th, I'm really excited I don't know if I should expect approval soon... I hope they approve my I-130 first so I can take CR1 visa route, I really need to do that!

I've noticed that several April filers had their I-130 touched...I wonder this is start of something good or simply re-organizing of files on their end resulting in touches...god knows...we will find out soon. I hope.

Does it mean they actually did something productive in terms of moving you to the next phase in the process or it could just be putting your file from one file cabinet to another?

this is so depressing! 217 days has passed since i send the package and 211 days sinces NOA1 and nothing just one touch on both i-130 and k3 on July 10th but that's it! no more activity.

You should have your approval before end of this week. DesiMan is on the verge of getting approval and his is 02/23. Both NOA1s only differ by 1. I am sure you will be approved this week.

thanks for your warm wishes! i really pray that for those that have been waiting longer than me get approve now so i could be next. so far it seems everyone or at least almost everyone pending from 07 has been cleared out. hopefully i'll get that approval soon.
