Happy Tuesday!

School is closed today for Rosh Hashana  As much as I love my kindergarteners, it is great to have the day off! Now I can work on the hundred other things on my to-do list...

Have a great day everyone!

Hubby and I are thinking of going to Cairo in April since that will be his one year anniversary of leaving. Just a question though, he hasn't filed for AOS yet so he's only got his K-3 visa and his EAD. Can he leave the country and come back no problems? I keep thinking of that movie Rendition. Saw it twice, though it was awesome but do NOT want to experience it first hand. ;)

Bridget, according to DOS, Usama should be able to travel on his K3 visa.

From DOS Website: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/ty..._2993.html#Work

Can I travel and re-enter the U.S. on my K-3 or K-4 visa?

Aliens present in the United States in a K-3 or K-4 nonimmigrant visa status can travel outside of the United States and return using their K-3/K-4 visa. If they have filed for adjustment of status in the U.S. prior to departure from the U.S., USCIS will not presume that the departure constitutes abandonment of an adjustment application.
