HI mayalar,

Just be patient. Once your check is in cashed. after several weeks, or it may months before you can get a NOA2.

If you received NOA2, that the time NVC received your papers and soon enough they will assign you your case number.

Then NVC will send your papers to the your local USEM manila, once your case is at their system already, you can now pay your DV, and even you haven't have the appointment letter from the USEM, you can call

the embassy call center to schedule an interview.

hope that helps! Good luck in your journey.

Thank you so much for your reply.....

I am sorry for the confusion ....Actually we haven't received neither NOA1 and NOA2 yet....That's why we are also wondering as to how our application doing....

Um your timeline says you have your NOA1 in July.

If you mean your NOA2, they're still doing April and May (regarding NOA1 dates).

Thank you so much for your reply.....

Hello, Maya! I guess you`re talking about the hard copy of NOA1. From what I have read there is June filers who have their NOA1 hard copy already! maybe they`re just delayed because you`re case was transferred to another service center. Maybe you can make follow up call to your new service center but in some case even they have NOA1 hard copy they can have their NOA2 as long as they`re check was cashed.....Good luck who know`s you `ll have yours soon....God bless!
