As you probably already know, it will take about one month to get a notice of arrival (NOA) and then maybe three months before you get your letter of approval. In a month or two, your fiancee will then hear directly from the U.S. Embassy in Vietnam with instructions on what to do next...i.e., to apply for the visa, fill out lots of forms, get the medical, and have the interview appointment.

how does the US embassy do this, wouldn't it be the USCIS because in this timeframe they are the one with the I-129F Packet?

If and when the US embassy or anyone contacts my fiance, would it be in english or do they have agents that speak spanish because it is the home country?

Also is the interview (in Colombia) in english or spanish? my fiance doesn't speak english so this worries me, i will be her translator and hope to be at the embassy for the interview when it is time....
