Spanish language ad hits Obama hard on abortion...

1. Abortion is done by consent.

By consent of whom? Underage girls who don't need the permission of their parents to make one of the largest decisions of their lives?

Grown women? Yes, they are able to consent.

Teenagers? They have no legal right to give consent, yet these procedures are STILL being done despite the fact that their parents and/or guardians had no say whatsoever.

Look, teenage girls can also go have sex without their parents knowing either.

It's well known that some parents, particularly fathers, would use coercion to prevent their kid from having an abortion.

If the kid cannot trust the parent enough to tell them, there's usually a pretty good reason why. And another thing, why would you force your own child to have a baby if they don't want one? If there's anything that sounds barbaric, it's that.

Its called imposition. A hallmark of Republican ideals when it comes to this topic, apparently.

Which makes this ad even weirder. A 'conservative' agenda playing the race card quite strangely to do what? Garner opposition that isn't there againg Obama perhaps?

His particular argument against parental notification is based pretty much solely on the pedofile/sex offender side of things. Not on consensual sex between underage teens.

As for our Republican friends that don't feel awkward about the nightmare the last two terms have been- then by all means an Obama Presidency MUST be a scary ride for thee.
