Salaam all,

Checked the mailbox today and was excited to find two letters from USCIS! Our NOAs for the I 131 and I 485....

but where is the NOA for the I 765 (EAD)? Wouldn't we receive all 3 of them in one batch, i mean... if everything was okay? How long until i should worry? And if i call USCIS tomorrow, will they tell me if they received the EAD application?

:(

Many thanks,

hz

We didn't receive NOA for EAD either. But, I found that it is 3 numbers higher than MSC # on I-485. So, I entered it at the USCIS website. It was also shown on the Biometrics Appointment Notice.

Thanks, everyone.

i think we used the updated form... the one that was on the website as expired in August, but revised in May... that one.

hehehe... me, too, i tried entering some similar numbers, and i found one, just like you said, an EAD application 3 digits higher. but then i tried other numbers and i pulled up a whole bunch of documents, not ours!

So i don't know.......

Think if i call USCIS tomorrow, they can tell me if they received it? The EAD is more important than the other two as far as we are concerned.

Thanks,

hz
