Here is what I am planning to send with my wifes N-400 in mid October. Her eligibility is through marriage to a USC (me).

Any feedback is appreciated.

1. N-400 (including photographs, supplement for Question 6B and check)

2. Photocopy of front and back of her green card

3. Photocopy of front inside cover and signature page of my US passport

4. Photocopy of our marriage certificate

5. Photocopies of IRS tax transcripts for tax years 2005, 2006 and 2007

6. Mortgage statement printout showing both our names, origination date of loan, a statement that account is current and date of next payment in November 2008

7. Joint savings account statement printout showing both our names, from March, June and September 2008

Anything I'm missing?

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.
