USCIS posted processing times of 6 months for I130.... I am getting to 8 months, still NO approval :huh::huh:

My hubby called USCIS today and requested an expedite based on the fact that we are out of current processing times.

VSC today posted I130 processing time as 6 months.

I am hoping for an approval within the next 10 days

Keep us posted yet at the same time read everything about the NVC short cuts and have all your papers ready. You could be finished with NVC in a couple of weeks. At least that is something to look forward to. I wish you the best of luck. (F)

Try to hang on to that wonderful "approval glow" because waiting for a Montreal interview is another hurdle. I suspect that I may be looking at May from the way things are progressing (or not) in Montreal. My NVC completion date was Feb 13. So it's looking to be about a 3 month wait!
