I hope this means we are going to be approve soon...

Good luck to all of us...!!!

Wow, congrats  You are the first July filer I have seen transferred

I' m an August filer so this is exciting for those of us waiting as well. Hope things move quickly for you now that you are at CSC. Good luck!

Well Well Well....Then where would the June 08 filers go? VSC is not approving, and neither transfering the june files??!!!Then what will happen to us? Please give me some clue...!!!!

NOA1 Recieved on June 30th here. Was touched on 7/7/08 but nothing else since.. This freaking sucks! I'm a newbie is there something that you guys are doing that I should be doing to like contacting a congressman. How Do I go about doing that? How do I find out who my congressman is, and What kind of contact or letter should I write him. I am sitting here in Vietnam waiting with my wife to go back to america and it's taking FOREVER. Any other suggestion you guys give would help me out alot.

Thanks.

-Dai

For now we just wait and watch.... and pray that VSC transfers our cases to CSC for a speedy approval

Your case needs to be outside the current processing times for the congressman to be of any Help.

Current processing times @ VSC for I130 is 02/26/2008 and I129F is 03/07/2008

I don't understand the processing time. Feb 26, 2008 is pass and I don't understand what that date means to us as far as how long it takes for them to approve the I-130. Can anyone help me and tell me what that date means?

I think Mommy is right....I found one of May filer of VJ getting approval on Nov. 26. His I-130 was of May 23, 2008 and filed in the WORLD CLASS VERMONT SERVICE CENTER. He also had his 129f at the same time which has no track yet...well well well.....none of my business though I am really curious about the matter that 129f happens to be a faster process, doesn't it? Anyways... No one know with INS thing...God, please help us all....

Dear VJers, I feel that, this happens to be my most frustrating period of life....This long distance relationship is turning in worst pain of life...I may not let my children to get married outside where they gonna live!!! But, for the time being I can't even think of a child..lol.......
