Yes we did have to contact our congressmans office for help. I can say from the bottom of my heart that the person who helped us did a Great job!. He was caring and showed concern. He explained how the immigration process is changing and why we had not received Biometrics Appointment Letters and also why FBI Name checks are taking so long. He also called me 2 times to ask how we were doing and if we needed any more help.... :D
