So since I now have my passport I have a couple of questions..

I am a dual Citizen.. meaning I have 2 passports. German+American.

When I travel to Germany... which passport would I actually use ?

Do I leave the US with the US passport ?

I am assuming when entering Germany I enter with my German passport.

Coming back I leave with my german passport and enter the US with my US passport ?

Am I actually allowed to travel with 2 passports ? Sorry but I dont know the rules yet

I am confused :innocent:

Can tell you about Venezuela, they want the citizen of Venezuela to use the Venezuelan passport. Now it's a good question how they would know that since she speaks perfectly good English and will be traveling with me with only a US passport. To come back here is easy, your foreign passport will not let you come back in unless you have a US visa in it that you cannot legally get or have a PRC they took away, so you have to use your US passport.

I found this information at:

http://travel.state.gov/travel/cis_pa_tw/cis/cis_1765.html

You can look that up for Germany.

Some countries require a USC have a visa for that country, that is one reason to use your foreign country passport.
